William D. "Bill" Hudson

HUDSON – William Donald, 62, Glen Rock, died December 9, 2023, at home surrounded by family. Born January 31, 1961, in Goldsboro, North Carolina; son of William Robert “Bob” and Marilyn L. “Sue” (Thomas) Hudson. Preceded in death by mother, and brother, Robert J. Hudson.

Survived by father; fiancé, Lora Miller; sister, Betty D. (Warren Edwards); niece, Shannon L. (Matthew Gillam); nephew, Robert T. Edwards (Bayley); great nephew, Dylan R. Willis, great niece, Emma S. Gillam; and numerous beloved aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Bill was an electrical engineer, retired from IDSI. In his spare time he enjoyed rehabbing real estate, country living, classic rock and roll, and the Steelers. He loved spending time with his beloved Lora, and his dog Luna.

Friends will be received from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, December 12 at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., 621 Maple Street, South Fork; and from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Wednesday, December 13, the Reverend Dennis Zimmerman, presiding.

Interment, South Fork Cemetery.
