Terry Lee Houghton

HOUGHTON – Terry Lee, “TH” and “Hoss,” 72, Ebensburg, died June 17, 2024, at home. Born November 9, 1951, in Salix. Preceded in death by parents, Melvin Houghton and Lorraine (Marsh) Bennett; infant son, Bradley; and sister, Linda Houghton.

Survived by wife, Debra M. (Smith) Houghton; son, Brian, married to Bonnie (Dixon); and grandchildren, Becca and Samantha. 

TH was a longtime commercial truck driver. He was a talented woodworker and enjoyed crafting scale structures such as barns, that he would often auction off at family reunions. He was also a member of the former Wheels of Freedom Motorcycle Club, Beaverdale. Whether he was riding solo on a quiet country road, joining a group of fellow bikers for a weekend ride, or exploring new terrains on long-distance trips, TH was always in his element when he was on his custom-built trike. 

Honoring his wishes, there will be no public visitation or service. Think of him fondly on your next ride!
