KLEIN – Sylvia R., 78, South Fork, died October 3, 2017, at Memorial Medical Center. Born December 16, 1938, in South Fork, daughter of Gerald A. and Mary E. (Gallo) Mills. Preceded in death by parents; and husband, Ronald F. Klein, who died March 25, 2012.


Survived by sons, Ronald, married to Peggy (Varner), South Fork; David, married to Lisa (Shaffer), Richland; and John, married to Jennifer (Sheedy), Richland; beloved grandchildren, Ronnie, engaged to Jaclyn Cascino, Sarah, Amanda, Joshua, Cassidy, Gabe, Daniel and Alyssa, and; cherished great-grandchildren, Gabriel, Derek and Blake; sisters, Barbara, wife of Frank Blake, Hinckley, Ohio; and Monica, wife of Robert Puchan, Willowick, Ohio; brothers, Gerald, married to Darlene (Conrad), Portage; and Patrick, married to Stephanie (McCarthy), Woodstock, Georgia; dear uncle, Joe Gallo, South Fork; and numerous nieces, nephews and other beloved family and friends.

Sylvia was a graduate of South Fork Croyle High School, Class of 1956 and a member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, South Fork. She enjoyed taking bus trips to casinos and traveling with family and friends to Atlantic City.

Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork, where vigil will be held.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Friday at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, by Father Joseph C. Nale.

Committal, St. James Cemetery.
