PUCHKO – Shirley Ann, 80, Mt. Hope, died March 7, 2018, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born August 3, 1937, in Windber, daughter of Joseph Leroy and Esther L. (Alexander) McClellan.
Preceded in death by parents; and sisters, Nancy Lee Potter and Sarah Louise Dukery.
Survived by loving daughter with whom she resided, Lisa, wife of Ryan Jennings, Mt. Hope; grandchildren, Griffin and Megan; husband, Edward Puchko, Mt. Hope; sisters, Dorothy Mae, wife of Nicholas Stropko, South Fork and Grace Marie Cummings, Portage; brother-in-law, Albert Potter, Mineral Point; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Shirley retired from Bestform after 45 years of service.
Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork by Rev. Daniel Hellmann. Interment, Ford Cemetery, Mineral Point.
