Russell M. Hale

HALE – Russell M. “Russy”, 67, Friedens, formerly of South Fork, died July 15, 2023. Born February 17, 1956, son of William W. and Hilda (Moratti) Hale.
Preceded in death by father.
Survived by mother, children: Jessica, wife of Henry West, Cairnbrook; Stephanie Hale, Friedens; and Mark Hale, Stoystown; grandchildren: Riley, Wesley, and Aleigha; and siblings: Judy, wife of Ed Parrish, and Bruce married to Betty Barr, Portage. Also, many nieces, nephews, and other family and friends.
Russy was a “jack of all trades”, fixing things and helping others fix things gave him great satisfaction. He was also an outdoorsman, enjoying hunting, fishing, and spending time at the cabin.
Private viewing. Friends and family are invited to attend a Graveside inurnment service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mount Hope Cemetery, South Fork, Pastor Gary Tuston, presiding. Arrangements by Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc.
