Rosa Marie Kistner

KISTNER – Rosa Marie, 80, Sidman, passed away peacefully on July 16, 2024, at Maple Winds Care Center, Portage. She was born May 3, 1944, in Croyle Township, daughter of Harold and Pearl (Link) Crum.

Preceded in death by parents; husband, Henry F. Kistner, who died December 8, 2003; and infant daughter, Elizabeth Ann. 

Survived by son, George, married to Stephanie Leiden; grandson, Alex; sisters, Carol Hemminger, and Gladys Cummings; and several nieces and nephews.

Rosa was a 1963 graduate of Triangle Area School High School and was the oldest member of the Buck Horn Grange #1119. 

She realized that family is not just an important thing, it is everything, and enjoyed spending time with loved ones. You could also find her watching Western’s and game shows on the TV.

Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Friday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork, Rev. Daryl Penrod officiating. 

Interment, Mount Olive Cemetery.
