CIMBA – Mary Louise, 81, Llanfair, died August 30, 2018, at home surrounded by loving family. Born September 2, 1936, in Johnstown, daughter of Frank and Suzanna (Krall) Elersic. Preceded in death by daughter, Jo Ann Tiller; and grandson, Tyler D. Cimba.
Survived by devoted husband of 60 years, Edward Cimba, whom she married June 21, 1958; daughter, Michelle Cimba, Ovieda, Florida; and son, Darren, married to Danielle (Serre), Johnstown; grandchildren, Justin Cimba, New Orleans, Louisiana; Jenae, wife of Gio Gallina, Johnstown; and Gabriella, at home; great-grandchildren, Rosalie and Leo Gallina; and numerous other beloved family and friends.
Mary Louise was a graduate of Adams – Summerhill High School, class of 1954. She was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, Dunlo, and served as the former Adams Township Auditor and Cambria County Democratic Committee Woman. She enjoyed spending time with family, polkas, her dogs, bird watching and tending to her flowers.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork, where Parastas will be sung at 7:30 p.m. Monday.
A brief service will be held at the funeral home at 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, followed by Divine Liturgy at 10 a.m. at SS. Peter & Paul Byzantine Catholic Church, Dunlo, Reverend Father James Spontak, celebrant.
