His zest for life brought laughter and joy for those that knew him. He was a lover of food and fun. He loved to laugh, play pranks, and thought nothing of driving hours away for a delicious sandwich, burger or dessert. His compassion to rescue or adopt animals showed his kind and unselfish generosity. He enjoyed the simple things in life. Sports were a passion of his, especially football and baseball. He loved the Kansas City Chiefs, St. Louis Cardinals and University of Missouri Tigers. Since, moving to Michigan, he also followed the Detroit Tigers and Lions. He had an uncanny ability to succeed on a casino trip and was a rain man with his mathematical gift. Throughout the years, Mark managed and owned a record store, arcade, sandwich shop, ice cream parlor, dollar store and Dreamland Waterbeds. Music was a driving force in Mark’s life. He always had music playing, regardless of what he was doing. But most of all, he loved his friends and family.
