HOSTETLER – Lois A. (Wentz), 82, South Fork, died February 21, 2017, at Windber Hospice. Born December 5, 1934, in East Conemaugh, the daughter of Charles and Hazel (Plummer) Wentz.
Preceded in death by parents; husband, Ronald L. Hostetler, who died June 18, 2008; grandchildren, Rayanna Bailey and Luke Myers; sister, Ruth Owens, and brothers, George and Devore Wentz.
Survived by children, Roberta, wife of Gary Salamon, Bellfonte; Curtis, married to Kathrine (Plummer), Sidman; Rhonda, wife of David Murvine, South Fork; Sandra, wife of Bernard Myers, Mineral Point; and Joy, significant other Michael Letosky, South Fork; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren and one great-grandchild on the way; sister, Phyllis Allshouse, Greencastle; in-laws, Beryl Daughenbaugh, Shirley (Paul) Lees, and Robert (Beverly) Hostetler, all of Johnstown; and numerous nieces, nephews and other beloved family and friends.
Lois was a proud member of the Forest Hills Senior Center and the South Fork Women’s Club.
Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork, and from 10 a.m. until time of memorial service at 11 a.m. Monday at Parkview Alliance Church, St. Michael, Pastor Dean Hinton officiating.
