Joseph B. Borow

Joseph B., 68, South Fork, died December 30, 2016 at home. Born October 15, 1948 in Johnstown, son of the late John B. and Margaret M. (Richanvsky) Borow.

Survived by children, Annette, wife of Arthur Yogus, Portage; and Timothy, married to Susan Laney, Pickens, South Carolina; grandchildren, Michael and David Box, and T.J., Arriana, and Laney Borow; great-granddaughter, Natalie Box; brothers, John R. “Hap,” South Fork; and Gregory, married to Shirely Whiteford, Portage; former wife, Joyce (Gutteridge) Miller, Summerhill; and numerous other beloved family and friends.

Joe was a graduate of Triangle Area High School Class of 1966. From there he spent several years proudly serving his country in the United States Air Force. Member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, South Fork. He worked as an auto mechanic and in the cleaning department at UPJ. Joe adored spending time with his grandchildren and loved them all dearly.

Friends will be received from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Fr. Joseph Nale.

Committal, St. Mary’s Cemetery, New Germany.

Military graveside service by St. Michael American Legion Post 551.
