John E. Cook

COOK – John Edward, 51, Beaverdale, died July 16, 2021, at home. Born March 3, 1970, in Johnstown, son of Edna Mae “Cookie” (Adamsik) and the late Wayne C. Cook.

Survived by mother, South Fork; siblings, Joyce, wife of Dwight Pancottine, Naperville, Illinois; Wayne, married to Tonya (Blair), South Fork; and Joan, wife of Dan Nedwreski, Ebensburg; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation at the church from 1 p.m. until time of Funeral Mass, which will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. Michael Catholic Church, 751 Locust Street, St. Michael; Monsignor David A. Lockard, Celebrant.
