Jesse L. Miller

MILLER – Jesse L., 31, Sidman, died March 2, 2024. Born January 23, 1993, in Johnstown, son of James C. Miller Sr. and Martha (Everhart) Miller – Lucas. Preceded in death by father, James C. Miller Sr.; brother, Jeremy T. Miller; and cousins, Denver, Shawn, and Justin Miller, Adam Sliko, Nate Hand, Kerri Lynn Wilkinson, and Stacie Everhart. 

Survived by mother, Martha (Terry); brothers, James Jr. “Jimbo” (Amy), Joel (Kelly), and Jason (Jen), sister, Jill (Joe); numerous nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and other beloved relatives and friends.

Jesse cherished the quiet beauty of the wilderness. His skill with a rifle was impressive, his marksmanship a testament to his patience and precision. And his love for video games was more than just a pastime; it was a reflection of his creativity, strategic mind, and the way he approached life. In the face of challenges, he embraced the lessons learned from countless hours of gameplay – resilience, adaptability, and a belief that, with the right tools, any obstacle could be overcome.

Friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork. 

A celebration of life will be held at 5 p.m. Wednesday at Sandy Run Hunting & Fishing Club, 557 Ragers Hill Road, South Fork.
