JORDAN – Jeramie A., 22, Dunlo, died April 6, 2017, at home. Born February 24, 1995, in Johnstown, son of Alan R. Jordan and Lori P. (Malzi) Smith. Preceded in death by father; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Sadie (Ohler) Malzi and paternal grandparents, John F. Jr. and Marian G. (Krebs) Jordan.

Survived by mother, Lori, wife of Timothy Smith, Seward; brothers, John, married to Catherine (Jones), Richland; and Aaron Smith, Seward; and many uncles, aunts, cousins and other family and friends.

Friends will be received from 2 p.m. until time of memorial service at 4 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2017, at Charles O Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork, Pastor K. Dwayne Kaufman, officiating.

An inurnment service is planned for later this spring at Lind Memorial Cemetery, Lewistown.
