DOUGLAS – Jason M., 38, South Fork, died June 21, 2019, at home. Born January 14, 1981, in Johnstown, son of Mark D. and Joyce A. (Bowman) Douglas.
Preceded in death by maternal grandfather, William Bowman; and paternal grandfather, Meade Douglas.
Survived by parents; wife, Karen M. (Hinks) Douglas; daughter, Julie A.; sons, William M., Brandon L. and Joshua C.; sister, Megan, wife of Shane Norman; maternal grandmother, Helen Bowman; paternal grandmother, Vivian Douglas; nephew, Braydin; niece, Nevaeh; in-laws, Denis and Ida Hinks; and numerous cousins, aunts and uncles.
Jason was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and fishing. He loved to the best of his abilities and for that he will remain in our hearts forever.
A private family farewell was held at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork.
