Ivan R. Plummer

PLUMMER – Ivan R., 49, Johnstown, died November 11, 2020 at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, from complication of Covid-19.

Born July 13, 1971, in Johnstown, son of Floyd R. and Yvonne M. (Lingenfelter) Plummer.

Preceded in death by parents; niece, Aleesha D. Plummer; and great niece, Kaylee Plummer.

Survived by siblings, Floyd Jr., married to Shelly (Waskowski), Portage; Joseph, married to Rebecca (Harrison), Portage; Christine, wife of Earl Beaner, St. Michael; Patricia Smith, Portage; and Bill, married to Kathy Wills, Portage; special friend, Donna Coughenour; and numerous nieces, nephews and other beloved family and friends.

Ivan was a graduate of Forest Hills High School, class of 1990. He endured blindness with dignity for many years and served as an inspiration to family and friends. He was an avid Harley Davidson Motorcycle enthusiast, expressed his creativity with Legos, and enjoyed tinkering and fixing things.


Friends will be received from 2 to 7 p.m. Friday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork, where funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, the Reverend Timothy Dietrich presiding.

Interment, Carpenter Cemetery (Old Pringle Hill Cemetery), New Germany.
