Member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church. Ginny was a former manager at Acme Markets and a familiar face behind the counter of “The Little Store” in Summerhill for almost 30 years. Former election board worker, PTA president, and Forest Hills Senior Center member. She was a proud Italian and loving nonna, happily cooking for her family at holiday gatherings. She found adventure in travel, excitement in gambling, and as Pittsburgh Pirate fan… knew her share of disappointment. Faith and family were at the center of her life and she cherished nothing more than time together. She’ll be remembered for her joyful spirit, her fierce independence, and the grace with which she treated others.
