Born July 30, 1956, in Johnstown, daughter of Robert E. and Naomi Ruth (Jenkins) Silvis.
Preceded in death by parents; husbands, Donald Kick Sr., Kenneth K. Charles, and Allen G. Petrunak; infant brother, Robert Eugene Silvis; sister, Carol Sharp; and brothers, John T. “Tom” and Richard Paul “Bud” Silvis.
Survived by sons, Donald Kick Jr., Portage; and James A. Kick, married to Dawn Marie (Lego), Loretto; granddaughters, Kira Lynn Kick, Altoona; and Patience Ann Kick, Loretto; and brother, James Raymond “Jimbo” Silvis, South Fork.
