PRINCE - Frank J., “Bub”, 81, Ragers Hill, died June 8, 2016 at Memorial Medical Center. Born April 8, 1935, in South Fork, son of John and Margaret (Gregorich) Prince. Preceded in death by parents; infant sister, Helen; brothers, John and George; and sisters, Margaret Chundzinski, Dorothy Elliott and Catherine Hudson.
Survived by loving wife of 58 years, Irene L. (Gabany) Prince, whom he married June 22, 1957; children, MaryJo Shrift, and close friend, Jim Harteis, Johnstown; Dan, Tucson, AZ; Donna, wife of Greg Facciani, Summerhill; Joy, and close friend, Steve Klein, Summerhill; Joyce, wife of Terry Baligush, Catonsville, MD; and Larry, married to Patty Arzaga, Riverside, CA; grandchildren, Brooke; Brianna; Monika, wife of Vance Lambert; Marc, and friend, Ashley; Emily; Jessica and Kaitlyn and sisters, Genevieve Slanoc, Mentor, OH; and Mary Prince, South Fork.
“Bub” worked as a brakeman and conductor for Conrail where he proudly served for 45 years accident free. He was a 1953 graduate of South Fork Croyle High School. Member of Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, South Fork; and Maple Crest Golf League, Portage. He loved his grandchildren and enjoyed the Pittsburgh Steelers, bingo, gardening and the outdoors especially; camping, fishing and golfing.
Honoring his wishes, viewing will be private.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass which will be celebrated by Fr. Joseph C. Nale at 11 a.m.Thursday, June 16 at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church.
Immediately following Mass a luncheon will be held in the church hall.
Committal of urn, St. James Cemetery.
