Eva "Peggy" Fresch

FRESCH – Eva “Peggy”, 82, South Fork, died July 19, 2017, at Memorial Medical Center. Born June 10, 1935, in Croyle Township, daughter of Charles G. and Helen G. (Burnheimer) Douglas. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Raymond E. Fresch, Jr., who died September 11, 2007; sisters, Dorothy Cullen, Ruby Hechler, Wilda Hough, Almeda Jones and Shirley Alban; and brother, Meade Douglas.
Survived by son, Terry R. Fresch, Summerhill; daughter, Tammy R., wife of Douglas Eppley, Sidman; grandchildren, Andy Fresch, and wife, Brittany; Jesse Fresch, and wife, Lauren; Luke Fresch; Austin Eppley, and companion, Abby; Logan Eppley; and Elissa Eppley; great grandchildren, Jocelyn and Stone Fresch; and sister Ruth Granahan, Maryland.
Peggy was a 1952 graduate of Adams High School and a member of South Fork First United Methodist Church and its Philathea Bible Class. She was a secretary for the Homer George Insurance Agency, South Fork Insurance Exchange and Watson Insurance of Westmont.
Friends will be received from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday and from 10 a.m. until time of funeral service at 11 a.m. Saturday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork, Rev. Terry Trudgen, officiating. Interment, South Fork Cemetery.
