MILLER – Emma Delrose, 94, died November 14, 2022, at Conemaugh Memorial Hospital. Born March 14, 1928, in Bakerton; daughter of John E. and Lillian (Dowey) Cruse. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Howard M. “Buzz” Miller, who died September 25, 1988; son, Barry W. “Bo” Miller; grandsons, Nathan Hand and Justin, Denver, Jeremy, and Shawn Miller; sister, Kathleen Mann; and brothers, Robert, Norbert, Clifford “Kip,” William, John, and Eddie.
Survived by children, Lynn, wife of Charlie Weyandt, Dunlo; Pat, wife of Terry Hand, McVeytown; Bob, married to Suni (Fretzel), Seesetown; Valerie, wife of Bob Fleegle, Greeneville, Tennessee; Ron, married to Jennie (Updegraff), South Fork; Jerry “Dunk” Miller, South Fork; and Stacy Miller, Johnstown; sister, Shirley, wife of John Leipchack, Windber; many beloved grandchildren and their families; and numerous nieces and nephews. Member of Sidman UMC. She enjoyed camping and her little Papillon, Lilly. A loving mother, she lived her life devoted to her family. Though she fell asleep in this world, she has awakened in Heaven. Not only does she live in the presence of God now, she has rejoined those loved ones who went before her and whom she has longed to see again.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until time of service at 2 p.m. Thursday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork; Pastor James Yates of Conemaugh Hospice presiding.
Interment, Dunmyer Cemetery, Salix.
