KLEIN – Dorothy, 77, Johnstown, died October 31, 2022, at home. Born December 6, 1944, in Johnstown, daughter of Harold E. and Mary Lou (Speicher) Price.

Preceded in death by parents; husband, Robert L. Klein; son Robert D.; daughter-in-law, Suzanne; brothers, Harold “Butch,” David “Joe,” and Edward “Tony;” grandchildren, Eric, Dorothy, and Anita; and great grandson, Owen.

Survived by children, Mary Klein, Johnstown; Harold “John” Klein, North Carolina; Susan Klein, Mundy’s Corner; and Mark Frailey (Betsy Backus), State College; grandchildren, Bethiney, David, John, Evan, Jestin, James “Andy,” Samantha, Rebecca, Debbie, Amy, Cathy, and Colbie; 19 great grandchildren; sisters, Judy MacDonald, Virginia; Vera Strayer (Gene), Johnstown; and Mary Beth Spriggs (Bernard), Maryland; and sisters-in-law, Linda and Sandy Price.

Dorothy was a loving and nurturing wife and mother, who dedicated her life to family. She had a beautiful smile, joyful laugh, and a spirit of generosity and kindness. She enjoyed crocheting and needle point, crafting a lifetime of memories for family and friends. She was a member of Franklin Street United Methodist Church and found peace worshiping at home with Gospel Notes and the Gaithers.

Friends will be received from 4 p.m. until time of service at 6 p.m. Saturday November 5, 2022 at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork; the Reverend Terry Knipple, presiding.

Private interment, Mount Hope Cemetery.
