Donald L. Gilpatrick

GILPATRICK – Donald L., 66, South Fork, died April 9, 2022, at Jefferson Hospital, Jefferson Hills. Born January 15, 1956, in Johnstown, son of Dale and Dorothy M. (Molton) Gilpatrick. Preceded in death by parents; and 3-year-old brother, Daryl A.

Survived by companion, Andrea Yesenko; son, Ryan (Leandra); daughter, Lacey, (Dave); grandchildren, Gage, Jade, Connor, Tessa, and expectant granddaughter; brother, Kenneth (Cathy); and nephew, Ian.

Don was a 1973 graduate of Forest Hills High School and earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Mount Aloysius. He was a retired truck driver and was active in the local business community as a serial entrepreneur; happy to take risks and be his own boss. He loved the freedom of the open road on his Harley and making memories at his camp along the Susquehanna. He cherished family and friends and especially loved being a Pap to his grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 1 to 3 and 4:30 until service at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork.; the Reverend Patrick Walsh presiding.
