Diana L. Mundok

MUNDOK – Diana L. (Martin), 62, South Fork, passed peacefully November 4, 2024, after a long and courageous battle with MS. Born February 21, 1962, in Johnstown; daughter of James C. and Jean L. (Noon) Martin. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Frank G. “Crazy” Mundok, Jr., who died August 31, 2000; sister, Donna Thornton; and brother-in-law, Nick Jorich.

Survived by daughter, Elizabeth G. Mundok; beloved grandson, Levi Gabriel; siblings, James (Sally Lermineau); LeeAnn (Brian Owens); Jill Jorich; Craig; and Jason (Mary Ann Jenkins); brother-in-law, Scott Thornton; and numerous nieces and nephews. 

Diana was a loving and selfless mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Though she will be missed by all who loved her, we find comfort knowing she is now free to walk with God. 

Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Thursday and from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Friday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork; the Reverend Randy Landman presiding. 

Interment, South Fork Cemetery.
