REIGHARD – Beverly Ann, 78, Sidman; went to be with the Lord October 26, 2022, at Memorial Medical Center. Born June 28, 1944, in Johnstown, daughter of John J. and Anna (Murvine) Makins. Preceded in death by parents; husband, Clyde “Arv” Reighard, who died June 2, 2017; and brothers, John “Jack” and Christopher “Allen” Makins.
Survived by son, Larry (Jodie) Reighard, Bedford; daughter, Lori (Glen) Savitts, Sidman; grandchildren, Rayanna (Mark), Hali, Laken (Shawn), Casie, Niki (John), Clayton (April), Alicia, Mary (Bryan), Nicole (Nate), and Myleigh; numerous beloved great grandchildren; precious great granddaughter, Savannah; sister, Dale Wadsworth (Glenn Burns); brother, Jim Schatz (Alice “Tootie”); and sister-in-law, Kathy Makins.
Beverly was a graduate of Triangle Area High School, class of 1962; following high school, she moved to Washington, DC and worked as a secretary for the federal government. Bev was a faithful member of Wesleyan Holiness Church, Portage. She was known for her beautiful crochet work and cherished spending time with family and friends.
Friends will be received at Wesleyan Holiness Church from 10 a.m. until time of service at noon Saturday, October 29, the Reverend Randy Neville presiding.
Private interment, Dunlo United Methodist Cemetery.
