Barbara J. Tremba

TREMBA – Barbara J., 75, New Germany, passed away April 3, 2025, at Indiana Regional Medical Center. Born June 30, 1949, in Johnstown, daughter of David L. and Clara Mae (Costlow) Woodside. Preceded in death by parents; sister, Cathy Mae Warren; brother, James Woodside; and son-in-law, Rick Care.

Survived by husband of 45 years, William Tremba Jr, whom she married April 29, 1979; children, Christi (Paul Romanko), Ron McConeghy (Donna Hatison), Tammy Care, Bill Tremba (AnnaMarie Lucas), Monica Tremba, and Matthew Tremba (Christine Farrell); grandchildren, Devon and Haley Romanko and Dalton and Kamden Tremba; and sister, Mary Ann (John Penatzer).

Barbara was a graduate of Forest Hills High School, class of 1967. She found joy in worship and fellowship with friends at Parkview Alliance Church. She was proud of her professional career in the banking industry as a loan officer. And at Christmas her home was filled with warmth, music, laughter, and a special kind of magic only she could create.

Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday April 6, 2025, at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork.

Visitation at the church from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Monday April 7, 2025, at Parkview Alliance Church, St. Michael; the Reverend Pat Walsh, presiding.

Interment, Pringle Hill Cemetery.
