COMINSKY – Ann Darlene, 66, South Fork, died November 24, 2021, at home. Born June 30, 1955, in Warren, Pennsylvania. Preceded in death by parents, James F. Heffernan and Jacquelyn (Bennet) Heffernan-Farley, granddaughter, Savannah; and former husband, John Cominsky Jr.
Survived by stepfather, Thomas H. Farley, Salix; daughter, Kim (Steve) Cominsky, Las Vegas Nevada; sons, Brian (Rebecca) Cominsky, Windber; and Paul (Angela) Cominsky, Windber; brother, Jim Heffernan, Titusville; and grandchildren, Aiden, Macen, Madison, Montana, and Logen.
Ann was a terrific mother and a wonderful grandmother; she will be sadly missed by all who loved her.
Honoring her wishes, there will be no public viewing or service. Arrangements by Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork.
