Ronald W. Russell

RUSSELL – Ronald Wayne, 88, Mount Hope, went to be with his Lord April 20, 2023, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center. Born March 12, 1935, in South Fork, son of William and Mabel (Gramling) Russell. Preceded in death by parents; wife, Marion Ruth (Roberts) Russell, who died, August 29, 2021; sister, Elaine Miller and brother-in-law, Samuel Miller.

Survived by sons, Rick, married to Julia (Domonkos), Mount Hope; Joel, married to Sherry (Lang), Mount Hope; Allen, married to Linda (Moose), Mineral Point; and Stephen, married to Fanlin (Wang), North Carolina; sisters, Donna Jean, wife of Gary Lester, Tracy's Landing, Maryland; and Karen, wife of Ramon Neri, South Fork; twelve grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren.

Ron was a member of Mount Hope United Methodist Church, South Fork; a US Air Force veteran of the Korean War, and retiree of Plumbers & Pipefitters Local Union #354.

Friends will be received from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Charles O. Dimond Funeral Home, Inc., South Fork.

Visitation at the church from 10 a.m. until time of service at 11 a.m. Monday at Mount Hope United Methodist Church, the Reverend Joseph Stains presiding.

Interment, Mount Hope Cemetery.
